It’s that time of year! Fall is almost here and so it’s time for pumpkin spice recipes galore!

It’s hard to believe how quickly summer flew by and now we find the official start of fall is only a couple of days away. There are certain tastes that we always associate with fall and one of the most popular ones in recent years is pumpkin spice.  What started with the famous pumpkin spice latte, now has turned into pumpkin spice coffee creamer, candies, yogurt, cookies, beer, candles and  pretty much anything processed and packaged that you could want, and maybe a few that you don’t!

More and more companies seem to be joining the pumpkin spice bandwagon because it’s so darn popular and because it just tastes so good! This year, I wanted to give you some great whole, real food options to satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings to help you avoid store bought products. I’ve collected all of these different recipes from some really great real food bloggers, and you can find all different dietary requirements such as grain free, gluten free, sprouted, dairy free, Paleo, vegan.
