The easy way to cook butternut squash!

This fall and winter I have really gotten into using winter squash like butternut squash in different recipes. So I am always looking for new ways to incorporate it into new meals. Baking it in the oven is fine, but I also wanted a way to cook it so that I could leave the house and run some errands. Here’s where the slow cooker became my rockstar appliance!
