During the warm months of the year, One thing that you can try is to allow the soup to cool just a bit, so it won’t be too warming on those steamy summer. And pairing the soup with a nice cool salad and some fresh fruit can help you to provide a filling, nutrient rich meal to your family.
This soup only takes about 15 minutes to prepare. Just chop up the ingredients, throw them in the slow cooker, turn it on and go! It cooks through the day and makes your house smell amazing and when you are ready for dinner, it’s ready to go! It also uses produce staples that you will typically have on hand…and you have the option of using either vegetable broth or homemade bone broth.
