It’s September, the temperatures are getting cooler, it’s starting to get dark a bit earlier, the kids have gone back to school and the football season has started. Whether it’s college or professional football, for the next five months plenty of people will be getting together to watch their favorite football team. And so it’s always great to have some easy appetizer ideas for your next football-watching party. These baked buffalo cauliflower bites are the perfect addition to your game-day menu!

Benefits of baked buffalo cauliflower bites

I’m going to make a confession to you. I’m not a fan of chicken wings. There, I said it! While they may taste great, I don’t like to deal with the bones. And yet since I do like the taste, I wanted to come up with an appetizer that included buffalo sauce. With these buffalo cauliflower bites, I don’t have to worry about the bones!

This recipe is also lower in calories and fat than buffalo wings. It’s a great option for vegan or vegetarian guests. And it’s perfect for those who are trying to eat a more plant-based diet.

This recipe is high in fiber and rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins C, K, and B6. It’s also full of antioxidants! These baked buffalo cauliflower bites are easier to prepare than wings, you get much of the same great taste, and you don’t have to deal with the bones which makes them easier to eat!
