No-Cook Hummus Plate

This quick, simple, low-spoon recipe is perfect for thos days when you don't have a lot of energy but still want a healthy meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup hummus store bought or homemade
  • Veggies baby carrots, sliced bell peppers, celery, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes
  • Crackers can also use pita chips, or bread

Instructions
 

  • Put the hummus on a plate.
  • Add your veggies and optional goodies around it.
  • Go ahead and eat it with your hands! There's no shame here and fewer dishes to wash too!

Notes

Optional: olives, cheese cubes, nuts/seeds, a hard-boiled egg (buy pre-cooked if needed)
