Cheeseburger Bowl (Recipes for Two)
This simple bowl meal is easy to make and is perfect for a weeknight meal or quick weekend dinner.

Ingredients
1/2
lb
grass fed ground beef
1
package riced cauliflower
cooked
1/2 to
mato
diced
1
pickle
diced
1/2
small onion
diced
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
Salt and pepper
Mustard
optional
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef
Add salt and pepper to taste
Line the bottom of two bowls with cooked riced cauliflower
Add ground beef, onion, pickle, tomatoes and cheese.
Mix fully.
Add some mustard
Serve
Notes
You will only use about 1/2 of the riced cauliflower package. Store the rest in your refrigerator and use for another meal!
