Slow Cooker Applesauce

Ingredients
  

  • 10 apples organic Fuji or Gala are the best
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • With an apple slicer and corer, slice and core your apples.
  • Add apples to slow cooker.
  • Add water
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top (to your liking)
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • When done cooking, allow to cool completely.
  • Blend with an emersion blender or add apples to food processor or Vitamix type blender and mix thoroughly.
  • Store in container in fridge for up to 1 week.
