Simple Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
This classic breakfast dish is given fall flavor with the addition of pumpkin spice.

- 1 cup almond milk or other dairy or non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
In a medium saucepan, add almond milk, maple syrup, pumpkin spice seasoning, and vanilla extract.
Cook over medium heat until boiling
Add oats
Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Pour cooked oatmeal into a bowl and top with chopped walnuts.
