Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
A quick and simple dish that requires only 5 minutes of prep. Perfect for those days when you need dinner, but energy is a bit low!

- 1 lb chicken thighs boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp brown mustard dijon, spicy, or stone ground will work
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp oregano
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Place the chicken thighs into a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl combine all the other ingredients.
Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs, making sure they are evenly coated.
Bake for 30-40 minutes (uncovered). Internal temperature of the chicken should be over 165 degrees F
