Instructions
Brown the ground beef
Place all ingredients, including ground beef into a soup pot or dutch oven
Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil
Turn heat down to medium and allow the soup to simmer for approximately 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and barley is cooked.
