Slow Cooker Butternut Squash
Cooking butternut squash has never been easier...just use your slow cooker!
- 1 butternut squash
- 2-3 tbsp water
Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
Cut each half in half and place into slow cooker
Add water to slow cooker
Cook on low for 3 hours
Allow squash to cool slightly and scoop out the pulp for use is stews, soups and mashes.
