Slow Cooker Butternut Squash

Cooking butternut squash has never been easier...just use your slow cooker!

Cook Time 3 hrs
Total Time 3 hrs 10 mins


  • 1 butternut squash
  • 2-3 tbsp water


  • Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
  • Cut each half in half and place into slow cooker
  • Add water to slow cooker
  • Cook on low for 3 hours
  • Allow squash to cool slightly and scoop out the pulp for use is stews, soups and mashes.
