Happy Tummy Smoothie (Recipes for One)

  • 2 cups cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups liquid of your choice
  • 1/2 banana
  • Raw honey to taste opt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  • Add the liquid and cabbage to blender.
  • Blend on high until fully blended.
  • Add blueberries, banana, honey and coconut oil.
  • Blend fully.


I prefer to use frozen blueberries because they make the smoothie nice and cold.[br]For the liquid, I usually use a mixture of coconut milk and coconut water and that works very well.
