Ingredients

cabbage
chopped

blueberries
fresh or frozen

liquid of your choice

banana
Raw honey to taste

coconut oil
Instructions
Add the liquid and cabbage to blender.
Blend on high until fully blended.
Add blueberries, banana, honey and coconut oil.
Blend fully.
Notes
I prefer to use frozen blueberries because they make the smoothie nice and cold.[br]For the liquid, I usually use a mixture of coconut milk and coconut water and that works very well.
