Ingredients

uncooked oatmeal

unsweetened coconut flakes

dark chocolate chips

cup
natural peanut butter
or other nut or seed butter

ground flaxseed
⅓

honey

raisins or other unsweetened dried fruit
optional

tsp
real vanilla
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
Roll the mix into balls.
Store the balls, covered in the refrigerator.
Makes 20-25 balls depending on the size rolled.
