Preheat grill or oven (350 for oven)
Pull out a square of heavy duty aluminum foil
Chop all of your vegetables and cut the chicken into cubes
Place veggies, olives and chicken in the center of the foil square
Place butter, garlic and seasoning on top of veggies.
Close up sides of foil and then close up the ends.
Grill for 35-40 minutes on medium low heat or in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Open foil carefully, so that you don't burn yourself
Sprinkle on some crumbled feta cheese.
