This simple dessert is great for those nights when you are grilling out!
oz.cup of plain Greek yogurt
homemade or organic
maple syrup or honey
Chopped raw nuts
unsweetened dry fruit or any other topping you’d like
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup or honey. Mix well.
Grill the peaches on a pre-heated grill for 3-4 minutes.
Top the grilled peaches with a tablespoon or two of the vanilla sauce.
Sprinkle a small handful of chopped nuts on top and enjoy!
You could also top this with some homemade whipped cream!
