Breadmaker Sprouted Wheat Bread

  • 1 1/2 cups water plus 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp local honey
  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups sprouted wheat flour
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast


  • Add the water, honey, oil and salt to the baking pan of your machine.
  • Pour in the flour.
  • Create a little well in the top of the flour mixture with your finger.
  • Add the active dry yeast to the little created well.
  • Place the pan into the machine and close the lid.
  • Select the menu setting for Whole Wheat.
  • Chose the loaf size 1.5 lb.
  • Choose the crust color of your choice.
  • Press the start button.
  • Once the bread has finished baking, take the bread pan out and allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack.
