local honey

sprouted wheat flour

active dry yeast
Instructions
Add the water, honey, oil and salt to the baking pan of your machine.
Pour in the flour.
Create a little well in the top of the flour mixture with your finger.
Add the active dry yeast to the little created well.
Place the pan into the machine and close the lid.
Select the menu setting for Whole Wheat.
Chose the loaf size 1.5 lb.
Choose the crust color of your choice.
Press the start button.
Once the bread has finished baking, take the bread pan out and allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack.
