Sprouted Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sprouted wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well.
  • Knead dough with hands and form dough into a ball.
  • Press the dough onto a pizza pan that has been greased with olive oil or lard.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Add toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
