Quick and Easy Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown rice flour gluten free, sprouted wheat flour or arrowroot powder (grain free)
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce no salt or sugar added
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan add olive oil, flour or arrowroot powder and chili powder and stir to mix.
  • Add the water, tomato sauce and remaining seasonings and stir until tomato paste is fully blended.
  • Heat through fully.
