I am proud to be a holistic health coach who is helping others to escape from a life of feeling poorly. And I understand what that feels like. I spent most of my life struggling with depression, anxiety, morbid obesity, low-self esteem, no self-confidence, moodiness and just plain feeling lousy all of the time.
