More and more people are making the choice to switch to a real food or traditional diet. Many are doing it for health reasons, but some are being educated about all of the toxic additives that are in a standard American diet and are wanting to get back to a simple, whole food type of diet. The packaged and processed foods that are so common today did not even exist 100 years ago, and the more we rely on these foods, the sicker we get!
But we can begin to change our diets and helping to reverse and prevent disease by switching back to a diet rich in the foods that actually nourish our bodies…not leave us depleted of nutrients!
