I am proud to be a holistic health coach who is helping others to escape from a life of feeling poorly. And I understand what that feels like. I spent most of my life struggling with depression, anxiety, morbid obesity, low-self esteem, no self-confidence, moodiness and just plain feeling lousy all of the time. But although I felt bad all of the time, I continued to search for ways to become the healthy, active, energetic and vibrant woman that I always wanted to be. I was obese, and yet malnourished. It wasn't until I truly began to recognize that the body is capable of healing itself...when it has the right tools to do the job. I now work with clients helping them to find the tools that allow their bodies to heal...naturally. I've experienced first hand how fueling the body with the nutrients it needs can change your life dramatically.
