So I’ve been working on eliminating the last of the foods that are hard on my gut, and last week I discovered that chocolate and I really don’t get along so well (never good news for a self proclaimed chocoholic!) Chocolate Chip Nut Dairy Free Ice Cream
Spring is here and in SC where I live, it is not unusual to have temperatures in the 80′s….even in April. So, now that the temperatures are starting to climb, I am having cravings for ice cream. Unfortunately, store bought ice cream is loaded with lots of junk that should not be eaten! We also [...]

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

About Kathryn Milliron
I am proud to be a holistic health coach who is helping others to escape from a life of feeling poorly. And I understand what that feels like. I spent most of my life struggling with depression, anxiety, morbid obesity, low-self esteem, no self-confidence, moodiness and just plain feeling lousy all of the time. But although I felt bad all of the time, I continued to search for ways to become the healthy, active, energetic and vibrant woman that I always wanted to be. I was obese, and yet malnourished. It wasn't until I truly began to recognize that the body is capable of healing itself...when it has the right tools to do the job. I now work with clients helping them to find the tools that allow their bodies to heal...naturally. I've experienced first hand how fueling the body with the nutrients it needs can change your life dramatically. I hope you will read my story and know that you don't have to spend your life feeling bad. You can be healthy, happy and confident! And you deserve it!
