Every day I talk to people who simply don’t feel well. Some experience minor health complaints such as headaches, indigestion, irritability, fatigue, minor aches and pains. Others experience more chronic health issues such as allergies, reflux, autoimmune disease, heart disease, depression, anxiety, mood disturbances, low libido, cancer and a host of other health complaints that affect their daily life.

You may very well have a nagging health issue that prevents you from living life to the fullest. Maybe you’ve seen a doctor who has put you on Stress Manmedication to help treat your symptoms and you have experienced some relief…and yet, you still don’t feel normal.

If so, let me tell you that these symptoms are your body’s way of trying to get your attention and letting you know that things are out of balance internally. This is all due to different forms of stress. The good news is that you can help your body restore function….naturally!

How can you accomplish this?

  1. By changing the type of food that you are eating! Moving away from a diet high in processed, packaged and fast food which are all void of the nutrients the body needs for normal function.
  2. Learning the right balance of macronutrients for YOUR body. What is food for one person is poison for another person! We eat a balance of macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates) each day. But many people are eating the wrong balance of those macronutrients for their body. Every person is different and has different requirements based on genetics and current nutrient deficiencies. Often people discover that when they shift the balance of macronutrients to what their body requires, they begin feeling better, often within only a few days! I will help to show you how to eat right for your own body by listening to your bodies subtle (and not so subtle) cues.
  3. By simplifying your house cleaning routine and personal care products.  Although we will never be able to completely eliminate exposure to environmental toxins, we can make changes in some of the products that we use in our homes and in our personal care routines to significantly reduce toxin exposure. I will also be sharing some tips on helping the body to detoxify itself and finally rid itself of some of the toxins that you have been exposed to over the years!
  4. Reducing stress! Stress is the main culprit behind all of those nagging symptoms that you or your family members are dealing with. Stress can come from a lack of the proper nutrition and exposure to toxins, but it also happens at a mental and emotional level as well. Learning ways that you can reduce the mental and emotional stress can allow your body to heal and prevent worsening of symptoms. When you become aware of how you are creating unnecessary stress in your life, you can reverse that. The result is not only improved health, but the opportunity to experience a life that is much happier as well.
