This is a recipe that my Mom has been making for quite a long time. The great part is that it calls for plenty of great butter….yum! I’ve gone and made a few changes to it and made it for the first time tonight and the hubby absolutely love it! Print Parmesan Chicken Prep Time: [...]

Homemade Pancit
My husband is a huge fan of Filipino foods. He learned all about the great flavor of food from the Philippines while married to his first wife, who is Filipino. So when it was time for me to think about new dishes to create and make clean, I decided that we should try a clean [...]

The Changing of the Greens
I will fully admit that I am a former unhealthy salad eater. When I ate a salad before, any nutritional value was swept away in the river of high fat thousand island dressing, and hiding beneath a mountain or croutons, cheese and eggs. And, of course, I was the iceberg lettuce queen! Don’t try to [...]

Simple Corn Chowder
I am always looking for easy recipes that taste fresh and incorporate lots of great vegetables…and did I mention easy? About Kathryn Milliron
I am proud to be a holistic health coach who is helping others to escape from a life of feeling poorly. And I understand what that feels like. I spent most of my life struggling with depression, anxiety, morbid obesity, low-self esteem, no self-confidence, moodiness and just plain feeling lousy all of the time. But although I felt bad all of the time, I continued to search for ways to become the healthy, active, energetic and vibrant woman that I always wanted to be. I was obese, and yet malnourished. It wasn't until I truly began to recognize that the body is capable of healing itself...when it has the right tools to do the job. I now work with clients helping them to find the tools that allow their bodies to heal...naturally. I've experienced first hand how fueling the body with the nutrients it needs can change your life dramatically. I hope you will read my story and know that you don't have to spend your life feeling bad. You can be healthy, happy and confident! And you deserve it!
